Registered dietitian nutritionist, culinary enthusiast, writer, and most importantly, mom.
My experience as a dietitian and parent have given me a unique insight into the vulnerability of pregnancy, new motherhood, and feeding a family — and the compassionate support needed to sensibly nourish oneself through it.

Our First Session
During our 60-minute session, we’ll take a deep dive into your current eating habits and discuss your goals. We’ll individualize a plan for sustainable behavioral changes.
Ongoing Support
During follow-up sessions we’ll dive deeper into underlying factors and core issues affecting eating and feeding, discuss barriers and challenges, and revise your care plan as needed.
